We will ensure that your document is clear, concise and grammatically correct by doing the following:
- Editing spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Checking word choice and language use
- Removing redundant or superfluous words
- Suggesting ways to reorganize the text to make the it clearer, more concise or to make it “flow” better
- Verifying verb tense and subject agreement
- Reviewing all tables, figures and legends for language use and to ensure that they have been properly cited in the text
- Examining the text for inconsistencies
- Indicating areas of redundancy, inconsistency or points of confusion for the reader/reviewer
