We will ensure that your document is clear, concise and grammatically correct by doing the following:

  • Editing spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Checking word choice and language use
  • Removing redundant or superfluous words
  • Suggesting ways to reorganize the text to make the it clearer, more concise or to make it “flow” better
  • Verifying verb tense and subject agreement
  • Reviewing all tables, figures and legends for language use and to ensure that they have been properly cited in the text
  • Examining the text for inconsistencies
  • Indicating areas of redundancy, inconsistency or points of confusion for the reader/reviewer
